ABOUT MONIQUE

Hi, I'm Monique Pols. Proud owner, certified (personal) trainer, and lifestyle and nutrition coach at Motivated Coaching.

Why I named my company Motivated Coaching?Everyone calls me Mo. And my passion is to motivate people towards a fitter, healthier and happier life and all the beauty it brings. That's why I founded Motivated Coaching!
Creating and maintaining results is not difficult if you know what to do and are able to make lasting changes. I know from my own experience how hard it is to change. Because I have also stood where you stand. I know the struggles, frustrations and impact of this. Both physically and mentally. That's why I understand you and know how to help you.
During my journey, I asked myself the question: "Why can't I make (small) changes that will bring me where I want to be? I specialised in this, in addition to training, nutrition and lifestyle.
Because THE key to change is found in your behavioural patterns.
Motivated Coaching stands for sustainable behavioural change intended for people who want to go for REAL results. Starting from the inside, starting from your brain. Because if you pay attention to the inside, you will start to see that on the outside.
In recent years, I have had the pleasure of helping many clients successfully achieve their goals.

The Motivated Programme is a tailor-made programme. Tailored to your goals and needs. Together, we map out your goals and make a plan to achieve them. During the Motivated Programme, you will not only work out physically, you will also gain knowledge and insights into your mindset, training, nutrition and lifestyle.

The Motivated Programme is for individuals, duos, small groups and companies. Losing weight, getting fitter, training for a specific goal, finding hormonal balance, a burn-out treatment plan or quitting smoking; the Motivated Programme can be used for any goal.

We start with a no-obligation strategy meeting. Do we get started together? Then you get access to our digital environment. Here you will find your results, training schedules and food diary. You will also receive the "make yourself proud" planner in which you can keep track of your process. Depending on your preferences and goals, you will start the 90-day (minimum) process together with Monique.
